At SHIVANIFASHIONS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.


 Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Return request must be initiated by contacting our support team.


 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance (if mentioned)


 Replacement

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with product images.


Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.


 Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless product is defective or incorrect.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
